Brave Star RAWARDS Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Brave Star RAWARDS program (the "Program") is a customer loyalty and promotional rewards program offered by Brave Star Selvage ("Brave Star," "we," "our," or "us"). The Program allows eligible customers to earn promotional rewards ("RAWARDS") in connection with qualifying purchases from bravestarselvage.mom and authorized sales channels.

RAWARDS are a promotional loyalty reward. They are not a gift card, stored-value instrument, or cash equivalent. RAWARDS have no cash value and cannot be purchased.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, maintain an active customer account at bravestarselvage.mom, and reside in a jurisdiction to which Brave Star ships its products and which is not subject to US export controls, trade sanctions, or embargoes administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Membership is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Brave Star reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate membership of any person deemed ineligible.

3. Enrollment

Enrollment in the Program is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase on bravestarselvage.mom by a customer with a valid account. Each participant is responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including email address, shipping address, and contact preferences.

4. How RAWARDS Are Earned

RAWARDS are issued to the member's account as a promotional reward in connection with qualifying purchases. The amount of RAWARDS issued per order is determined at Brave Star's sole discretion and may vary based on order value, product category, promotional period, or other criteria. Brave Star may modify the earning structure at any time.

RAWARDS are issued only after the qualifying order has been placed and has cleared Brave Star's return window. RAWARDS are not issued at the point of sale and do not reduce the purchase price of the triggering transaction.

5. How RAWARDS Are Redeemed

RAWARDS are applied automatically to the member's account and may be used toward eligible future orders on bravestarselvage.mom. The available RAWARDS balance is applied at checkout according to the redemption rules in effect at the time of the order. Redemption may be subject to minimum order value, category exclusions, or other conditions specified at the time of the promotional offer or in effect on the Brave Star website.

RAWARDS cannot be combined with certain promotions, discount codes, or third-party offers unless expressly permitted by Brave Star. RAWARDS cannot be applied to gift card purchases, taxes, shipping fees, or other charges designated as non-eligible at the time of checkout.

RAWARDS are denominated in US Dollars (USD). For orders placed in other currencies, the USD-denominated RAWARDS balance is converted at Shopify's prevailing exchange rate at the time of redemption.

6. Expiration

RAWARDS expire three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of issuance unless a different expiration period is specified at the time of issuance. Expired RAWARDS are forfeited automatically and cannot be restored, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Members are responsible for tracking the expiration of their RAWARDS balance. Brave Star may send courtesy notifications in advance of expiration, but is not obligated to do so, and no failure to notify will extend the expiration date.

7. No Cash Value and Non-Transferability

RAWARDS have no cash value. RAWARDS cannot be sold, bartered, assigned, transferred to another person or account, or exchanged for cash, merchandise, gift cards, or any other form of consideration except as expressly permitted by Brave Star in connection with an eligible order.

The RAWARDS balance associated with a member's account is not the property of the member. The member has no property right, legal title, or other ownership interest in any RAWARDS balance. RAWARDS are a promotional benefit offered at Brave Star's discretion and remain subject to these Terms at all times.

8. Not a Gift Card or Stored Value

RAWARDS are not a gift card, gift certificate, stored-value card, or prepaid access instrument. RAWARDS are not governed by state gift card laws or any law regulating cash-equivalent instruments. RAWARDS are issued as a promotional loyalty reward in connection with a qualifying purchase and exist solely within the context of the Program.

9. Returns and Adjustments

If a member returns, cancels, or receives a refund for an order that generated RAWARDS, Brave Star may reduce or reverse the RAWARDS issued in connection with that order. If a member returns an order paid for in whole or in part with RAWARDS, the RAWARDS portion of the payment will be credited back to the member's RAWARDS balance as RAWARDS, not as cash, and will retain or inherit the original expiration date. Brave Star will refund any cash portion of the order per its standard return policy.

10. Forfeiture

RAWARDS will be forfeited in the following circumstances, without notice and without refund:

Upon expiration as described in Section 6.

Upon closure or deletion of the member's customer account at bravestarselvage.mom, whether initiated by the member or by Brave Star.

If Brave Star determines, in its sole discretion, that the member has engaged in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized account access, chargeback abuse, reseller activity, or any violation of these Terms or of Brave Star's general Terms of Service.

If the order that generated the RAWARDS is canceled, returned, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed.

Upon termination of the Program as described in Section 12.

11. Fraud and Abuse

Brave Star reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or abuse of the Program, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to accumulate RAWARDS, the use of stolen payment instruments, organized chargeback schemes, or the purchase-and-return cycling of orders for the purpose of accumulating or monetizing RAWARDS. Brave Star may suspend a member's account, reverse RAWARDS balances, cancel orders, and pursue any other remedy available under law.

12. Modification or Termination of the Program

Brave Star reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Changes include but are not limited to earning rates, expiration periods, redemption rules, eligibility requirements, and these Terms. Continued participation in the Program after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Upon termination of the Program, all unredeemed RAWARDS balances will be forfeited as of the effective date of termination, unless Brave Star specifies a wind-down period in its termination notice.

13. Taxes

Any tax liability associated with the issuance, receipt, or redemption of RAWARDS is the sole responsibility of the member. Brave Star does not provide tax advice and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of RAWARDS to the member. Members are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors.

14. Data and Privacy

Participation in the Program involves the collection and processing of personal information associated with the member's customer account, including purchase history and reward balances. All data handling is governed by Brave Star's Privacy Policy available at bravestarselvage.mom/privacy-policy.

Members in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws retain all rights granted by those laws, including the right to access, correction, erasure, and data portability, which may be exercised as described in Brave Star's Privacy Policy.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Program are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brave Star will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program, including but not limited to lost RAWARDS, lost opportunities, or inability to redeem RAWARDS. Brave Star's total liability to any member arising out of the Program will not exceed the cash value of merchandise actually purchased by the member in the one hundred eighty (180) days preceding the claim.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, including by earning or redeeming RAWARDS, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms. If a member does not agree to these Terms, the member must not participate in the Program and may request account deletion at customerservice@bravestarselvage.mom.
